While repairing dragline hoist chains, (60 to 70 lbs. each) the employee was turning them by hand in order to grind the welds. He reported shoulder pain at the end of the shift. He was examined February 23, 2005 at Colstrip Medical Center and returned to work with lifting and reaching restrictions. Neither time nor wages was lost.
