Narrative

EE WAS OPERATING A ROOF BOLTER. WHEN EE WAS TRYING TO GET AUGER OUT OF THE ROOF, THE AUGER POPPED BACK INTO THE CHUCK, THIS CAUSED THE AUGER TO FLY HITTING EE RIGHT HAND CAUSING A HAIRLINE FRACTURE TO A SMALL BONE IN HAND.
