A roof fall measuring 60' long, 16' wide, 7' thick was found in the intake at spad 48243; 5850' outby the 002 section. The fall occurred due to coal and rock seams above the 5' torque tension roof bolts. Ventilation and the passage of men was not affected and no injuries occurred due to the fall. The perimeter will be resupported and barricaded to prevent travel.
