A roof fall occurred int he 1st west, #7 entry, #26 crosscut. the fall was 30' long, 25' wide, 8' high. the fall didn't affect ventilation travel, damage equipment or cause any injury. the area was bolted with 6' to 8' point anchor bolts. no one was required to work or travel in this area.
