Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS USING A PICK HAMMER TO OPEN ON A BELT SPLICE. HE USED A SECOND HAMMER TO DRIVE THE TIP OF THE HAMMER INTO THE CLIP, WHEN A PIECE OF THE HAMMER BROKE OFF & LODGED IN HIS LEFT WRIST.
