EE WAS ROOFBOLTING WHEN THE BOTTOM STEEL DROPPED DOWN AND EE ATTEMPTED TO CATCH IT AND THE TOP STEEL FELL OUT OF THE DRILLED HOLE AND STRUCK EE ON THE HAND.
