Narrative

Employee was walking down the steps to the lower level of the RC primary crusher when his feet slipped out from under him causing the employee to fall landing on his lower back and tail bone. The employee was not using three points of contact while going down the stairs. The employee did not seek medical attention until 3-11-05.
