Narrative
EE WAS TRYING TO INSTALL A ROOF BOLT WITHOUT USING THE SLAB JACK. THE CANOPY WAS PUSHED DOWN ON EE HEAD WHEN EE PUT PRESSURE ON THE DRILL BOOM.
