Narrative

EE was attempting to close the cab door of the water truck when a gust of wind blew the door open. The force pulled on his right hand/arm which resulted in a fracture to his hand. (9/1/05: EE had surgery last part of June & has been off work since then. Unknown when he will be able to return.)
