Narrative

Employee was starting to pin on unit #2 entry 4 xcut right. A rock approximately 11""L x 18"" - 48""W x 12"" - 48"" thick rolled out from rib and struck his left leg and lower back. He received a fracture to his left leg and a compound fracture to his lower back. He underwent surgery to repair his left leg. No surgery on back.
