The employee was grinding an overhead weld and a piece of the grinding went between his safety glasses and his face and entered his left eye. The eye was flushed on site. On April 04, 2005 a piece of metal was removed from his eye at the Colstrip Eye Care Clinic by Dr. Sparr. Neither time nor wages have been lost.
