## Narrative

Employee was standing on the vibratory feeder helping with maintenance on the jaw crusher.  He turned to step back from a metal plate that was about to be hoisted.  His feet slipped out from under him.  As he fell his right arm hit the edge of a step down in the feeder (18"" high) which dislocated his right shoulder.
