A roof fall occurred in the 4 North Panel in the intersection of #8 entry at cross-cut #52 and extended approximately 20ft. outby. The fall measured approximately 40ft. x 19ft. x 5ft. The area was supported by 5ft. fully grouted roof bolts. A hidden slip was determined to be the cause of the fall.
