## Narrative

Raising the conveyor belt & removing the bangboards to access the mill feed conveyor scale area.  After 4 bangboards were removed the conveyor belt was chainjacked up off the idlers. With the bangboard on the belt, EE got on top of the belt to shift the bangboard uphill. When the bangboard was pushed forward, EE's finger got caught between 2 bangboards, breaking his finger.
