Employee was jackleg bolting sill. Was bolting last row in the back, when a rock 18"" x 12"" x 6"" fell off the hanging wall and struck the miner on the left shoulder. Employee recieved contusion. Given restrictions to not use arm for 3 days until further evaluation. First shift missed was 4/4.
