Narrative

While removing the back plate on f-5 conveyor, the 3/4"" plate was unbolted. EE was working with another ee and together they pulled the plate from the bolts. the plate fell back and pinched left little finger against tailpulley guard. this is reportable because ee had a splint put on finger.
