## Narrative

Other was using a set of two ton chain hoists to free a stuck cement form. EE said as he was jacking the hoist with his right hand while he placed his left hand over the truss bolt in the indention of the corrugated metal. The truss bolt went back to against the metal catching the injured finger between the truss bolt and corrugated metal.
