Narrative

A roof fall in entry #5 on the 2nd south belt at foot marker 31+80 to 33+00. Fall was 100' length by 18' wide by 6"" thick. This area was bolted with 5' fully grouted bolts. All approaches will be timbered and fall will be cleaned up.
