## Narrative

EE was moving a 6"" vacuum hose into position to clean up around the masonry packer when the hose became hung up on an obstruction. EE pulled on the hose to dislodge it and when it came loose, stepped back off of a step down to the palletizer motor control center, turning ankle. It is a 12"" drop from the floor level to the motor control level.
