## Narrative

Employee was reaming out 2"" stabbin on tank 65.  Said it felt as if something in his arm twisted.  Complained of numbness and burning.  Brought to first aid, was given pain medication and ice pack.  One hour later, didn't feel any better.  Transported to St. James Hospital.  Dr. Fraiche restricted his work on 4/4/05.  Right elbow contusion.
