Narrative

EMPLOYEE HAD MUD ON HIS BOOTS WHILE STEPPING INTO A TRACK MANBUS & HIS FEET SLIPPED ON THE METAL. THIS CAUSED HIM TO FALL BACKWARDS & STRIKE HIS BACK ON THE MANBUS.
