EE STATED THAT HE WAS GETTING OUT OF TRUCK DURING HIS PRE-SHIPT INSPECTION AND STEPPED ON A ROCK. HE STATED THAT HE TWISTED HIS KNEE AND ANKLE, AND THAT HE FELL ON HIS BACK.
