Narrative

Miner was removing a 10"" pipe elbow that was originally installed using silicone as as a gasket. While using pressure with a forklift fork to break the elbow loose, it broke loose and fell onto the miners right hand cutting the right hand knuckle requiring stitches and broke his small finger on his right hand.
