Two employees were moving the 'O' ring to line it up with the crane hook. When one employee pushed pin into the ring, it pinched the 2nd employee's left pinky finger. After further examination by an orthopedic specialist, the fingernail was removed; consequently, classification of this injury was changed to reportable.
