Narrative

The EE stated that he was in the process of throwing over the miner cable out of the roadway. A piece of draw rock fell from between the pins and hit him on top of the head, then on top of his left foot. The accident occurred on the #001 section in #6 entry, 2nd cross cut outby the face.
