On Monday, April 4, 2005, tank T7 (200,000 gallon precipitator) in the north continuous section of precipitation failed. Upon failing, the tank spilled the majority of its contents to the surrounding containment area. No employees were in the immediate area, and no serious injuries were immediately reported. The area surrounding T7 was secured, and restricted.
