Narrative

An employee was shoveling rocks from under one of the bins when he dislocated his right shoulder. The employee has dislocated his shoulder at least once within the past two years which was one of the contributing factors that caused his injury. A poor angle and too much force while shoveling would be the remaining factors that caused this injury.
