## Narrative

Employee was tramming mucker with bolting supplies to heading.  Bolting supplies were in the bucket.Scaling bar was laid over bucket and wedged under tilt cylinder.  Employee hit a rock and scaling bar slid into rib. EE attempted to grab the scaling bar and placed his left index finger between scaling bar and mucker.  Tip of finger (finger nail to the tip) was removed.
