Narrative

Employee was tramming M-88 Scaler from face back to UG Main Shop. While driving employee encountered a low roof outside of our Unit 40-B Entrance way. He struck the low roof area with the canopy of the Scaler, resulting in one of the support bars on the canopy breaking loose and striking him in the face. The employee recieved 5 stiches as a result.
