## Narrative

The Cat 150 ton truck driver was descending the ladder on truck #5 while holding the operator's report in his left hand, when his foot slipped. As he slipped, he grabbed for the handrail with his left hand but could not stop himself from falling off the ladder, 5 feet to the ground. He landed on his rear end which resulted in a fractured vertebra.
