## Narrative

Employee was struck by a scoop while working on another scoop which was stuck/broke down in an intersection.  Employee was down in the deck of scoop #1 exchanging a hydraulic hose and had his feet sticking out when another scoop came along and struck his left foot (heel) requiring approximately 30 stitches.
