## Narrative

Employee lost grip on one side of a 3/4"" steel plate causing the weight of the steel plate to fall and smash the tip of his right ring finger.  The tip of right ring finger was ruptured upon impact.  Treatment for injury required two stitches on tip of right ring finger from medical center.
