## Narrative

Worker was changing discharge lip on #1 raw coal screen. He was pushing on a 6""x3/4 carriage bolt while another worker was using an impact wrench to tighten bolt. The bolt had a sharp edge. As they were tightening the bolt, it spun cutting through worker's glove causing a cut to the right index finger. Six stitches to close wound.
