Narrative

EE attempted to manually turn a turntable to the home position on a manual stretch wrapper. EE's right ring finger contacted a bolt on a roller under the table that allows the table to turn. The crushing injury resulted in a splinter fracture to phalange and an accompanying puncture/laceration across the nailbed.
