Narrative

EE was attempting to close a pressurized sulfuric acid line valve. When the valve wouldn't close, EE removed the bolts on the valve packing. This caused the acid to spray out through the packing onto the EE. EE was not restricted until his 4th follow-up visit with a doctor different from the original.
