Narrative

x-cut 5 to 6 led cut thru the cut was a 10' cut. the roof had fallen out 2' above the coal seam. bolter were installing 6' resin bolts with boards. right side bolter operator was prying a borw in his side with a slate bar. the section forman was beside him. when the piece he was prying fell, more rock and coal fall from the rib. a small strippies of rock struck left forearm
