Narrative

Employee was checking for leaks in a pipe when he fell through the grating he was walking on. He fell about 4' to the pipe gallery below and lacerated his right shin. He was transported to ER by ambulance where the wound was sutured. Upon follow up with Dr he was released to restricted duty.
