## Narrative

Employee grounded wrench on the battery frame while installing the postive lead to a 125-volt battery without gloves on.  Cause of this injury was safety awareness and not wearing gloves. Compliance with company policies was a factor, protective equipment was a factor, miner proficiency a factor, mining equipment/systems not a factor.
