Employee was installing an upper sidewall plate on a pellet car when it came loose. He leaned forward to catch it and felt pressure in the abdomen. Did not feel any discomfort until 4/15/05 and went to doctor. Refered to surgeon on 5/2/05 who diagnosed umbilical hernia. First day of lost time on 5/10/05 (had surgery that date).
