A roof fall occured. 16 1/2' wide by 7' high by 60' long. Top gray laminated shale. 7 way intersections. Area bolted with 5' resin bolts with 2"" by 6"" by 12"" wide boards. Was also supported with cement piers. Cover of approx 350' - area developed 4-05. Fall was dangered off and piers set at all approaches and will not be cleaned up. Fall was inby spad #2828, 1/2 block.
