EE WAS REMOVING PIN FROM TRACK HOE BY HITTING IT WITH BAR SECURED BY CHAIN HOIST. WHEN THE PIN WAS RELEASED EMPLOYEES FINGER WAS HIT BY THE BAR, RESULTING IN FRACTURE OF LEFT LITTLE FINGER
