Narrative

On July 28, 2004 employee reported his hands have started going numb. Numbness could not be related to any specific date, time or event. Employee believes numbness is a result of years of repetitive motion in his work as a mechanic. The employee had surgury on 05/09/2005 to relieve the pain.
