EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING PERMANENT ROOF SUPPORTS. WHILE INSTALLING THE BOLT IT BENT & STRUCK EE ON THE RIGHT WRIST CAUSING A FRACTURE. WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF X-RAY RESULTS UNTIL 5/6/05.
