## Narrative

Employee bumped his back against a pipe and felt pain in lower left rib area.  (EE was disconnecting a sump pump line on the bottom floor on 2008.  The line required the use of a stepladder.  When EE was getting off the stepladder, he bumped into a short piece of metal unistrut sticking out from a cross beam.)
