EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING A STONE ON A TABLE SAW. THE STONE TWISTED AND EMPLOYEE HAND CONTINUED INTO SAW BLADE. NEAR SEVERANCE OF EMPLOYEES 5TH DIGIT ON LEFT HAND.
