## Narrative

A co-worker handed the portable bandsaw to EE, which was plugged in.  During the exchange, the saw slipped out of the co-worker's hand.  Both EE and co-worker grabbed for the saw. Co-worker contacted the switch momentarily as EE's finger contacted the blade.  This caused a small cut on his finger.
