## Narrative

Employee was lifting jacks for a belt head on 5/6/05. He came to work the next day, worked 6 hours then left due to severe pain in his right side. He went to the E.R.; doctor thought he might have a hernia. A surgeon on 5/13/05 confirmed a hernia on the right side. Surgery would be required. He worked until 5/16/05.
