EMPLOYEE WAS USING A CUTTING DISC ON A 4 1/2"" GRINDER TO CUT THE END OFF THE STILL WELLS FROM THE MOLY PLANT. THE BLADE BOUND IN THE STEEL AND KICKED BACK AND STRUCK HIS LEFT WRIST
