## Narrative

Co-worker was on a ladder & injured walked up a ladder with a piece of sheet metal to hand to him. When injured stepped off ladder he stepped down on a 24"" long X 18"" wide piece of loose concrete & lost his balance & twisted or sprained his right ankle. This was at 3:30pm. About 30 minutes later he removed shoe & ankle was blue.
