A fall of ground occurred at the 30/31 decline intersection that was beyond the extent of the installed ground support. The failure plane was noted as a regional plane foliation, extending above the curent ground support depth. Geological observation revealed F2 folding striking north/northwest parellel to the orientation of the 30 decline. Approximately 400 tons of ground fell.
